Itinerary In Details
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha, Welcome to Tanzania
Destination: Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by a Jungle Peak Adventure representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. The day is yours to relax, recover from your flight, and prepare for the safari adventure ahead.

Day 2: Arusha toTarangire National Park
Destination: Tarangire National Park.
About Tarangire National Park:
Known as the Land of Giants, Tarangire is famed for its massive elephant herds, towering baobab trees, and scenic landscapes. The Tarangire River draws a remarkable diversity of wildlife, especially during the dry season.
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire (approx. 2.5-hour drive). Enjoy a full-day game drive through the park, spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, and perhaps elusive leopards resting in the acacia trees.

Day 3: Tarangire to Central Serengeti (Seronera Area)
Destination: Serengeti National Park (Central)
About Serengeti National Park:
The Serengeti is one of the world’s most iconic wildlife destinations, known for its endless plains and hosting the Great Wildebeest Migration one of nature’s grandest spectacles. It’s also home to Africa’s Big Five and offers thrilling predator prey action all year round.
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti via the Ngorongoro Highlands. Stop at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint for a scenic photo opportunity. Continue with a route game drive as you enter Serengeti, where thousands of animals dot the plains.

Day 4: Full Day in Central Serengeti
Spend the day exploring the Seronera Valley, the heart of the Serengeti ecosystem and home to an abundance of wildlife year-round. This area is famous for its big cats — lions, cheetahs, and leopards — as well as herds of antelope, zebra, and wildebeest.
Enjoy a picnic lunch under an acacia tree and continue game viewing until sunset.

Day 5: Serengeti (North) – The Great Migration Zone
Destination: Northern Serengeti (Kogatende or Mara River area)
About the Northern Serengeti:
This is the stage for the dramatic river crossings one of the most thrilling wildlife events on Earth. Between July and October, hundreds of thousands of wildebeests and zebras’ brave crocodile-infested waters of the Mara River in search of greener pastures.
After breakfast, head north with a game drive en route. In the afternoon, witness herds gathering at the riverbanks and possibly catch the famous Mara River crossing a raw display of nature’s survival instincts.

Day 6: Full Day in Northern Serengeti Migration Tracking

In the evening, enjoy a sundowner by the campfire as you reflect on the day’s adventures.

Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Arrive at your lodge on the crater rim by evening, with stunning panoramic views.

Descend into the crater for a half-day game drive. Afterward, continue to Lake Manyara, a small but stunning park known for tree-climbing lions, pink flamingos, and scenic groundwater forests.
