1. Booking and Payment Policy
All bookings with Jungle Peak Adventure must be confirmed in writing via email or our website.
A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival
For last-minute bookings (within 30 days), full payment is required at confirmation
Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other approved methods
Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
2. Prices
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise
Prices include only the services listed in the itinerary
Jungle Peak Adventure reserves the right to adjust prices due to:
Changes in park fees
Government taxes
Fuel price increases
Once full payment is made, your price is guaranteed
3. Descriptions and Services
All itineraries, accommodations, and services are described to the best of our knowledge
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as they depend on nature
Accommodation may be substituted with similar standard options if necessary
We reserve the right to make minor changes to improve your safari experience
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Client:
More than 30 days before arrival: refund minus deposit
15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: no refund
Cancellation by Company:
In rare cases (weather, safety, or unforeseen events), we may cancel or reschedule your safari
Clients will be offered:
Alternative dates OR
Full refund
5. Complaints
Any complaints must be reported immediately to your safari guide or our office
We will do our best to resolve issues during the trip
Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days after the safari
6. Alterations
Changes to itineraries requested by clients may be subject to additional costs
Jungle Peak Adventure reserves the right to:
Modify routes
Change accommodations
Adjust schedules due to weather, safety, or operational reasons
All changes will be communicated where possible.
7. Liability
Jungle Peak Adventure acts as an agent between clients and service providers
We are not liable for:
Injury, illness, or death
Loss or damage of personal belongings
Delays caused by airlines, weather, or other external factors
Clients participate in safari activities at their own risk.
8. Medical & Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for:
Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
Visa requirements
Vaccinations (e.g., Yellow Fever if required)
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover:
Medical emergencies
Trip cancellations
Evacuation
9. Tour Authority
The safari guide has full authority during the tour
Clients must follow all instructions for:
Safety
Wildlife protection
Park regulations
Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.
10. Supplier’s Conditions
Services such as lodges, camps, airlines, and transport are provided by third parties
These suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions
Jungle Peak Adventure is not responsible for:
Changes made by suppliers
Delays or service interruptions
